What size are your hats?

- All our wide-brim hats are adjustable. (Meaning they have strings in the back for you to adjust the size) Go up to 58cm. (Size large)

Where do you get your hats from?

- We purchase from a couple diffrent wholesaler's one is based in the US and one in Asia

What material are the hats?

-35% polester and 65% cotton

How do I add under brim design to an existing design?

-You will contact us via email or social media and we will update the design order before you check out.

How do I order a custom hat? OR How do I give you my design idea?

- You need to submit a Custom Order Form. (You can find this form under the main menu)

How long will it take?

-If we have the hat color in stock it takes 1-7 days to make your order and ship it out. (Shipping estimate varies by state but on average 2-5 days) ( If you would prefer EXPRESS shipping DM us or email westwardhats@gmail.com before placing the order)

Are all the hats made to order?

-Yes, all our hats are made to order except the hats labeled as Pre-Made.

How do you create the design? Paint? Marker?

-Neither. All the designs are burnt onto the hat.
